Here at Nurturing Mamas Network we are actively hiring LICENSED PSYCHOTHERAPISTS who are interested in both Full Time (22 Direct Service Hours) or Part Time (10 Direct Service Hours) positions.

Nurturing Mamas Network was developed for two reasons. 1- To provide a place where families can go to receive quality help from well trained professionals and 2- to provide a home where clinicians can feel nurtured and valued. We believe that these two things really go hand in hand. We start off by employing our clinicians as W-2 employees. This allows us to nurture our clinicians through weekly reflective supervision and consultation, non-direct service compensation (paying them for all the things they do besides sitting across from clients), reimbursing them for trainings, providing insurance and retirement for full time clinicians, paying clinicians for every direct service hour they work even if insurance has not reimbursed for that service yet, paying clinicians for cancellations, simplifying the process of maintaining notes and treatment plans so that clinicians can spend more time doing other things to care for themselves and their families, allowing clinicians to see all clients in office, and helping clinicians maintain a schedule where they have several days off each week to minimize burn out. Our clinicians find that they are able to make a nice living while also preventing burnout, maintaining strong relationships with friends and family, and caring for themselves.

Through the above practices clients are able to receive quality care from clinicians who are well trained, held and nurtured in a work environment where they feel valued.

Each of our team members go through an interview process to ensure they are well trained, share our vision, and connect well with others in our team before we employ them because having a connected, nurturing work culture is something that we strongly value.
