Content Description:

This beginner to intermediate program will outline the changes in couple relationships and ways to improve connection. We will discuss problems that arise for couples pertaining to sex during the perinatal period, struggles with sharing household responsibilities and ways to overcome these struggles. In addition to receiving more than 4 recordings, participants will also receive 8 worksheets/ handouts that go along with these topics.
