Content Description:
In this course we will recognize 3 ethical considerations with the perinatal population: countertransference, obstacles to obtaining services, and create a new definition of quality care.

Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to explain 3 ways countertransference may arise when working with the perinatal population.
Participants will be able to list 2 reasons they are at an increased chance of experiencing countertransference when working with the perinatal population.
Participants will be able to predict and overcome 5 obstacles that the perinatal population faces in obtaining services.
Participants will engage in self-assessment and identify 3 ways they will apply professional growth to improve upon providing quality care with the perinatal population.
